WHAT WILL MY BALLOT LOOK LIKE?
The special election ballot has only one question up for a simple yes or no vote.

In plain English, a YES vote allows the City to borrow the money necessary to pay for the Rec Center, and that the borrowing is done by a debt exclusion. A debt exclusion means that the borrowing is outside of the standard 2 1/2 % tax increase allowed by law.
